CRX with integra parts

what can be transfered from a 91 Integra LS special onto a CRX? ive been told everything can swap over, but i cant really find any info on it. does anyone know what can be swapped between the cars and what i would need to modify?

as far as transferable:

motor/trans (after you buy B series mounts)
rear discs (make sure you get master cyl.)
dash (should dont see why not)
seats (might have to swap the brackets)

ive heard the stock integra mounts will work, is that true?

If you have time read my post about swaps in EF's it might help but also might confuse. Ive spent countless hours researching everything.
